Bu danışmanlık firmalara öğrenme prosesi çerçevesinde mevcut pazarlarını nasıl geliştirebilecekleri ve yeni pazarlara nasıl açılım sağlayabilecekleri üzerine iş geliştirme ve yeni efektif bağlantılar oluşturma şeklinde tasarlanmıştır.

Firmanın önce Performans Standartları (PS) oluşturulmalıdır. Bu değerler belirlendikten sonra danışman hedeflenen Performans Standartları ile mevcutlar arasındaki boşluk üzerine bir Boşluk Analizi tesis eder. Maksatlı uygulamalar sergilenir ve proje takım üyelerinin boşluğu kendi uygulamaları ile nasıl geliştirebilecekleri üzerine çalışılır.

Tekstil Aksesuar, Trim (giysi süs detayı), Giyim ve Ev Tekstil ve Aksesuarları Endüstrileri için yurtiçi ve/veya yurtdışı offline ve/veya online pazar operasyonlarını düzenleme, yapılandırma ve iyileştirme amaçlı tasarlanmıştır. Aynı zamanda, diğer tüm endüstri kollarında e-ticaret yani online pazar temelinde danışmanlık verilir.

Bu danışmanlığın süresi istenen çalışma seviyesi/kapsamı bildirilmesi halinde proje süresi ya da yarı zamanlı çalışma şeklinde belirlenebilir.

Bu danışmanlık firma merkezinde sahada gerçekleştirilir.

This consultancy is designed to guide the company through the process of learning on how they can greatly improve the market they are in and expand to new markets by business development actions and new efficient network building tools.

The Performance Standards (PSs) of the company should be established. Once PSs have been established the consultant will perform a GAP analysis to determine the gap between present PSs and targeted ones. Purposeful practices are demonstrated and project team members are guided as how to develop their own practices to reduce the GAP.

Interesting for Fashion Accessories, Trims & Apparel and Home Textiles & Accessories Industries in domestic and/or foreign market activities (import/export, offline/online) and E-commerce companies of all industries.

Duration of the PP:

The consultancy time is to be advised depending on the level of work at your declaration of interest.
